Ford Zetec billet alloy thermostat / coolant housing (thermostatic version)
This thermostatic version of our Ford Zetec housing was developed and manufactured in conjunction with Donnelly Racing during winter 2019.
The housing is used to redirect the top radiator hose on modified engines and installations.
It features a 34mm hose fitment, M14 x 1.5 thread on the front of the housing for coolant feed to the turbo, M12 x 1.5 thread on the rear of the housing for coolant temperature sensor, brass air bleed screw and sealing washer on the top of the housing, “O” ring seal between the housing and cylinder head and 3 stainless steel mounting bolts.
Manufactured from 6061 aluminium alloy and hard anodised black to prevent corrosion.
