Peugeot 106 S2 BE4R drivers side/offside driveshaft
Spoox driveshafts are made from uprated heat treated competition S155, we use our own large 6 ball bearing later tapered outer CV joints found on 1999 onwards 106's and Saxo's & a forged competition inner CV joint with a 34 spline tripode and heavy duty rubber gators. Due to the strength of the S155 material shafts we can now run a smaller diameter shaft which helps to eradicate chassis clearance issues.
All our bars are tested for warpage following heat treatment and then straightened and balanced before assembly.

Both CV's are lubricated using NeoCV500 High Temperature CV grease.
Carbon Fibre vent straws
Oetiker heavy duty CV ties
Outer CV joints machined for low friction / drag coefficient and also for low temps
Expansion strap installed to Outer Gator to prevent inflation at high speed / high temperature.
Later style tapered hubs will be required.
These are brand new driveshafts designed specifically for use with the BE4R gearbox in the Citroen Saxo by Spoox in the UK.
Please note : These driveshafts are not available from any other supplier, they are unique to our customers only.
Spoox driveshafts have been tested to 550 bhp and 440lbft torque.
