Welcome to our listing for a unique 3J Driveline S155 cased NXG Peugeot BE plate diff.
We produced 2 of these for Car 13 as it repeatedly destroyed the original diff casings during the 2016, 2017 & 2018 seasons causing numerous retirements.
The diff casings were manufactured from S155 and the diff plates were doubled in thickness, preventing the small surface area cutting through the casings.
This was the spare diff for the car which we never had to use.
This diff has 30/90 ramp blocks fitted and preload is set at 110lbft.
We are unaware of any more S155 cased NXG diffs in existence, and the custom plates are a unique feature which ensures this diff will not fail.
This diff has been preset with ramp angles of 30/90 and a pre-load setting of 110 lbsft.
