Omex 600 ‘Road’ Specification Basic Harness

Built to a specification found in premium modern road cars, even up to supercar status, this is a great harness for a road car or trackday car.
Lightweight, thin wall automotive grade cable is used throughout, designed to withstand the oil, solvents and temperatures found in engine bays.
Each connector leg is labelled for quick fitment.
Rubber boots seal the back of connectors to keep the connections clean.
Harness legs close to the ECU are finished in PVC harness tape. All harness legs at the engine end where the harness is at greatest danger from tools etc, are covered in satin finish PVC tubing for extra cut resistance.
A relay for managing power to the injectors, ignition coils etc is fitted to the harness as standard. There is also wiring to allow ECU control of a fuel pump relay and radiator fan relay already on your chassis harness, or optionally Omex can add these relays to your ECU harness.
Computer tested
When completed, each harness is computer tested to ensure the build is correct; all cables go where they should and all connections are correctly made. A label is then printed by the test machine and joined to the harness to make sure every harness goes through testing.
